OUR PRICES ARE per APARTMENT/WEEK
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: from sunday 4.00 pm to sunday 10 am. Prices include: water, electric power, gas, fridge.
THE PAYMENT can be done:
- before the arrival through bank or poste-pay
- at the check-in, only cash (credit cards or checks are not accepted)
- extras (final cleaning, caution money, eventual additional bed, heating or dog) must be paid cash at the check-in
HEATING: € 10,00 per apartment/night. To be paid at the check-in
LINEN: Bed-linen available only if requested in the booking request € 25,00 per person/week. To be paid at the check-in
DEPOSIT: € 100,00 per apartment. To be paid at the check-in
FINAL CLEANING: Studio flat € 50,00, Two Rooms Ap. € 60,00, Three Rooms Ap. € 75,00. To be paid at the check-in.
ANIMALS: admitted if added to the booking request. Additional cost € 50,00 per animal/holiday, to be paid at the check-in.
